Introduction

In the Espai Gastronòmic Paller of the Coc find a large professional kitchen equipped to provide courses and specialized cooking workshops. In this space you can enjoy learning to cook so much as tasting the dishes and good desktop.

There are courses and workshops that combine traditional cooking with the katana and pallaresa most current and contemporary cuisine. It offers a flexible and adaptable training at different levels of demand or specialization. The courses are for a maximum of 8 students and last between 3 and 5 hours. After the workshop, we take the lunch or the dinner dishes.
